For the past decade, traditional incineration systems have shown little significant development and have struggled to meet the pressing global waste disposal crisis. These systems exhibit the following shortcomings:
- Inefficient batch processing;
- Fixed furnace designs that are inconvenient for operation and maintenance;
- Inefficient combustion chamber designs;
- Outdated air and fuel control systems.
The YQ-OUYA-PCFD 200 Pet Incinerator is a new-generation small incinerator developed by our company, based on years of experience in cremation technology, combined with the specific characteristics of pet incineration. It addresses the industry's challenges with the following features:
- Movable hearth platform car;
- Fully assembled furnace design;
- Innovative primary combustion chamber design;
- Innovative secondary combustion chamber design;
- Continuous flue gas emission control.
Movable Hearth Platform Car Design
This incinerator adopts a movable hearth platform car design, replacing the traditional fixed furnace structure, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of pet remains. The movable hearth platform car makes it easy to load remains, independently remove ash, and clean the system efficiently.
Fully Assembled Furnace Structure Design
The incinerator utilizes an integrated structure, with all components pre-installed and tested at the factory, eliminating the need for on-site furnace construction. This ensures the performance and quality of the incinerator while significantly shortening delivery times.
Innovative Primary Combustion Chamber Design
The movable hearth platform car features an innovative corrugated refractory plate design, which allows hot air to flow beneath the material being incinerated, improving the combustion process. The modular furnace design minimizes cracking caused by thermal expansion and contraction in the refractory material, simplifying equipment maintenance. Downtime for maintenance is significantly reduced as routine maintenance can be performed on one platform car after incineration, while another continues operating inside the furnace.
Innovative Secondary Combustion Chamber Design
The innovative secondary combustion chamber design uses Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation technology, enabling precise testing and optimization in a virtual environment before actual manufacturing. This design achieves a more efficient secondary combustion chamber in a smaller space, reduces fuel consumption, prolongs the high-temperature retention time of flue gases, and minimizes pollutant emissions.
