1.Removable double refractory incineration tray design-Two refractory incineration trays alternately enter the cremation chamber, one refractory incineration tray is cremated, the ashes are discharged and cooled, and the second refractory incineration tray can enter the furnace for cremation immediately.
Reduce cremation waiting time, reduce heat loss, and improve cremation efficiency.
2.Front loading and front cleaning-Contains two refractory incineration trays at the front of the furnace body. The front of the remains is loaded for cremation. The cremated ashes are loaded and cooled by the refractory incineration tray. The operator can pull the ashes with the refractory tray.
The front part of the combustion chamber, and then collect the ashes in the cleaning tray.
3.Automatic control-LCD touch screen, industrial PLC automatic control system makes operation simple and stable performance.
The microprocessor temperature controller with digital readout ensures the best control while providing the lowest energy consumption.
The LCD touch screen control panel provides visual verification of each stage.
The operator realizes automatic and automatic control of the board by turning the semi-manually controlled switch.
3.Flue Gas Waste Heat Utilization Design-First introduced by OY, this design allows the waste heat after combustion to be recovered through the waste heat device. The recovered waste heat is used to heat the combustion air, reduce fuel consumption, and extend the life of the furnace.
4.Double-layer loading door-It consists of an inner furnace door and an outer furnace door. The inner furnace door is made of stainless steel frame, filled with high temperature resistant aluminum silicate fiber, and can bear the high temperature of 1800℃ in the furnace.
The outer furnace door is made of stainless steel and has a beautiful and hygienic appearance.
The inner furnace door can provide better fuel efficiency and longer refractory life.
The furnace door is controlled by a visual touch screen panel. This function allows the operator to open the door to the desired height from the control panel.
For heavy loads, this is an important safety feature.
5.Multi-combustion chamber design-The furnace body of the cremator includes a main combustion chamber and a secondary combustion chamber. The combustion process is completed in the air control chamber to eliminate combustion in the chimney and provide higher fuel efficiency than the excess air design.
6.Furnace body is all stainless steel decoration-Our classic furnace body is designed with all stainless steel gussets and carbon steel sprayed appearance design.

7.Refractory materials-Our unique feature is that all combustion chambers use high-strength refractory walls, and all non-insulated areas use high-strength bricks of 3,000 degrees Fahrenheit.
The furnace chamber is cast from 3,000 degrees Fahrenheit wear-resistant materials, and the main furnace chamber ceiling is made of insulating refractory bricks to provide better fuel efficiency and life.
8.Refractory lined chimney-Provides a three-inch refractory insulation lining as a safety feature.
Although the smoke rarely exceeds 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit, the refractory insulation lining reduces heat penetration under any circumstances and prevents the possibility of fire.
9.Start-up support-It is our responsibility to make the equipment start-up easy. The equipment we provide has passed complete piping, testing and wiring before leaving the factory.
After unloading the machine and connecting the chimney and public facilities, our professionally trained cremation technicians can provide up to 5 people with 3 days of start-up technical support and training services.
