The Lingzhou-3 AGV T 1600 Remains Transport Robot is designed for lightweight loads, fast movement, and omnidirectional flexibility, specifically catering to indoor environments with limited space for intelligent positioning and transport services with loads ranging from 100 to 500 kg.

Unlike traditional logistics warehouse AGVs, which are heavy (1–2 tons), slow-moving, and use wheel steering, the Lingzhou-2 weighs only 95 kg and features Mecanum wheels with independent suspension for omnidirectional movement, including lateral and in-place rotation. It is equipped with front and rear dual laser radars, three-way laser range modules on the sides and top, and a positioning navigation system. Additionally, it includes a dual-drive lift platform, vacuum adsorption system, intelligent voice recognition for interaction, and an external split iPad touchscreen interface, all specifically designed for the transport and handover of remains, significantly improving the efficiency and quality of mortuary transport services.

The Lingzhou-3 AGV Robot for transporting remains is equipped with multiple systems, all coordinated by a central control unit. These include 1) the navigation system, 2) the mobile platform, 3) the lifting platform, 4) the vacuum adsorption system, 5) the adjustable touchscreen interface, and 6) the battery system. Human-Machine Interface and Startup Procedure

Startup Complete: Wait for 10-15 seconds. The screen will display the “AGV Robot System” control interface, and the robot will announce, “Welcome to the Lingzhou-3 Robot System.” Startup is now complete.

Pre-startup Inspection: Before powering on, please ensure the following:

A. The robot is positioned within the starting point range.

B. The screen is properly connected via the Type-C cable.

C. The small screen on the robot body shows a battery level of at least 20%, and the aviation charger has been unplugged.

D. Gently rotate the two red emergency stop switches clockwise to confirm they are not engaged.

E. Clear any obstacles within a 1-meter radius of the robot and along its path.

Powering On: After completing the pre-startup inspection, turn the key switch clockwise. The screen and the blue breathing lights at the front and rear of the robot will illuminate.
